A “VERY GOOD” BREEAM BUILDING
We have just completed the renovation of Biancamano 8, a historic office building in Milan. The property is managed by AXA Investment Managers on behalf of its clients and is now leased to Regus, a brand of the IWG Group.
The project, for which the firm was assisted by Tétris, a JLL Group company, was carried out with a careful approach to sustainability, comfort and livability of the spaces.
Thanks to the assistance of Deerns Italia, Biancamano 8 obtained the international BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
The architectural renovation involved the rearrangement of all floors as well as the implementation of the lighting and technological infrastructure, with new data, electrical and fire protection systems.
