EXCELLENCE IN USE

The building owned by Gruppo Unipol, which we renovated in 2019, has this year achieved an Excellent rating under the BREEAM In-Use certification. This certification is an environmental assessment method designed to promote sustainable improvements in the operational performance of buildings.
The specific indicators include: lower operating costs, increased asset value, improved health and well-being of occupants, resilience assessment, support for a circular economy, and consumption levels tending toward zero emissions.
