During “Il Quotidiano Immobiliare Diretta Live”, Vittorio Grassi and Gianluca Mazza, CEO of Marina di Loano, presented the new restyling of the port, an ongoing project by Vittorio Grassi Architects. The new masterplan was developed according to three key concepts: reconnecting the Marina to the historic city center for both tourist and daily use, reimagining existing spaces and buildings with new functions, redesigning them in an innovative and sustainable way.
