Developed within a broader urban masterplan for the redevelopment of the former farm behind the beautiful Brandinchi beach in northern Sardinia, this villa unfolds as a holiday home on a promontory with panoramic views over the coastline and the island of Tavolara.

The residence includes a separate service area, making it suitable both as a permanent winter residence and as a summer holiday home. The minimalist interiors, crafted in local stone and wood, engage in dialogue with the outdoors without disturbing the natural spectacle of the garden and landscape, which stretches from Tavolara Island to Capo Comino.

The villa is designed to be rented during the summer season and includes a master suite, four junior suites, and independent staff accommodation.

The transparency and lightness of the envelope make the roof appear suspended like a kite under the effect of the Mistral wind.

This project represents an example of excellence in hospitality architecture and residential architecture, combining contemporary design, comfort, and harmony with the natural landscape as part of a sensitive redevelopment approach.
