Storia dello studio

Our multidisciplinary team works within an open and flexible studio environment, positioning itself as an integrated architectural practice with an international outlook. Our structure is based on interdisciplinary collaboration that enhances in-house expertise in architecture, urban planning, urban design, conservation architecture, and landscape.
Each project is entrusted to dedicated teams, coordinated through a structured design methodology and a strategic approach that integrates external interdisciplinary consultants within a framework of operational excellence. This approach combines sustainability, innovation, and design quality, with a strong focus on results and measurable performance.

Founded by Vittorio Grassi in Milan in 2005, the practice has built solid experience over time, developing a strong corporate culture and recognized professional leadership. We work for both public and private clients, with a particular focus on public buildings, urban design, and the regeneration of existing assets.
In 2014, Marco Aloisini became a partner, and in 2020 three new associates joined the leadership team, further strengthening the firm’s governance and strategic positioning. This recent growth reflects the collective maturation of the practice, an internal reorganization aimed at greater efficiency, and the delivery of prestigious projects, many of which are characterized by restoration, conservation-led rehabilitation, and integrated sustainability strategies.

The studio is currently working on a number of prestigious projects:

  • The institutional campus within the former military Arsenal of Pavia, a redevelopment and urban regeneration project.
