Integrity is the foundation of our relationship with clients and, together with reputation, represents what matters most to us. The active involvement of our clients—both private and public, in Italy and abroad—in the architectural design and delivery process is a core value of our design practice.
At Vittorio Grassi Architects, every project originates from a structured system of policies, procedures, processes, and reporting tools that ensure high quality-control standards, which have always been an integral part of our professional DNA. Quality is not an ancillary element, but a guiding principle that accompanies every phase of our work.
Quality control is embedded in our management system, which integrates multiple tools and processes within an organic and coordinated framework. All projects are managed according to this system, with periodic reviews dedicated to design development, overall coherence, and technical compliance.
A key component of our methodology is the use of “action lists.” For each phase of architectural design services, standard procedures are defined, including guidelines and checks applicable to most projects. These action lists are dynamic and customizable tools, adaptable to the specific nature of each intervention according to client requirements, the disciplines involved, current regulations, location, risk factors, and project scale.
We provide a continuous improvement system through corrective and preventive actions applied to every project, with the goal of ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients. Each intervention is assessed against a consolidated body of design criteria, always in relation to the specific brief provided by the client.
The timing of internal reviews is integrated into the overall project schedule. This means that when projects are presented to clients, they have already undergone a rigorous internal quality-control process.
Close and ongoing collaboration with the client’s Project Management team enables our practice to meet the timelines, costs, and quality standards defined from the very beginning of the architectural design process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and reliability at every stage of the project.
