The office consists of architects, engineers, urban planners and interior designers, organized into compact, creative and highly motivated groups, “big enough to handle, small enough to care.”
Each of these task forces is supervised by a project leader who combines product quality and on-time delivery.
The task forces do not differ by building type or geographic location, but work on a wide range of projects at different scales. This diversity is an added value for creativity, innovation, motivation, and overall quality of the individual project.
The harmony within these groups also guarantees the customization of the project and close contact with the client, from the first meeting to the delivery of the final project.
The partners, Vittorio Grassi and Marco Aloisini, oversee its activities and design strategies and assign responsibilities to the different teams according to shared ethical and professional values.
The firm also currently has four associates, Ines Caro de Sousa, Raul Valvasori, Gabriele Borella, and Luca Dainese, who are responsible for managing the teams and the design in every detail in order to encourage a virtuous process of innovative design and design review.
