Our project for the “Cassala 22” office building in Milan is under construction and progressing at full speed and in complete safety. The design includes the preservation of the existing structure, the addition of a new façade, and a significant volumetric expansion.
The project is scheduled for completion in May 2021 and is expected to achieve LEED Gold sustainability certification. The mixed-use property is part of the Value Add II Italy Fund and is managed by Savills IM SGR SpA, with Barings Italy Srl acting as advisor.
