EXCELLENCE IN EUROPEAN ARCHITECTURE

We are proud to announce that “Principe Amedeo 5” is among the projects nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2022. The competition, organized by the foundation of the same name, has been the official European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture since 2001. The award recognizes and celebrates excellence in European architecture in conceptual, social, cultural, technical, and construction terms.
The building, constructed in 1850 for the American Consulate in Milan, is currently owned by the Thesaurus fund of Kryalos SGR, which completed its acquisition from Covivio in December 2020. In 2019, our project transformed it into a prestigious and contemporary office building certified LEED Gold.
