Vittorio Grassi Architects renovates Regus flexible workspaces with new sustainable interiors in a historic BREEAM Official certified building.
In the prestigious “Biancamano 8” building in Milan, managed by AXA IM Alts on behalf of its clients and currently leased to Regus, VGA Architects is assisting the property in the complete renovation of the 5-story building with office and co-working space. The work, currently underway by Tétris, brings new value to the building, with a design approach particularly focused on sustainability.
With the assistance of Technion srl and Deerns Italia, “Biancamano 8” aims to obtain “Very Good” certification according to the international BREEAM protocol, which evaluates the sustainability of the building according to a comprehensive analysis of all aspects related to environmental impact and energy performance.
