The redevelopment project of the building at 26 Via Pantano in Milan involves the construction of high-end apartments on six floors, designed to ensure maximum comfort and a total residential area of 2,200 sq. m.
The intervention combines high technical and artistic quality with the main objective of recovering, enhancing and upgrading all the peculiar historical and typological elements present in the building, realizing an authentic restoration project.

Built in 1400, modified in the 18th century by the Litta family and renovated in 1900, today the building returns to its former glory. Restoration and conservative rehabilitation involved fixtures, railings, balconies, parapets, plasterwork and exterior flooring, finding its fullest expression in the five rooms on the main floor with high frescoed ceilings in 18th-century neoclassical style.

The facade on Pantano Street underwent a thorough intervention aimed at recovering the original architectural design, removing all the additional layers that had accumulated over time.

The intervention enabled the regeneration of an imposing late-nineteenth-century building characterized by typical Milanese architecture, combining restoration and conservative refurbishment with contemporary solutions.

The renovation of the historic building was carried out through an integrated design strategy, preserving its historical character while enhancing its energy and technological performance, resulting in functional and comfortable environments with a strong aesthetic identity.

If you prefer, I can also align the tone with the previous project texts so the whole portfolio reads perfectly consistent.
