The intervention completely renovates the interior of the office building through an office architecture and interior design project that interprets work spaces according to the principles of modern architecture. The restyling was studied down to the smallest detail, with careful research of brand identity and an integrated vision of interiors and design, developed within a broader architectural design process oriented toward quality and well-being.

The settlement program included 17 individual offices divided by glass walls, 54 open space workstations, 7 Middle Manager workstations, between 10 and 15 meeting rooms, and a number of common areas, including break area, soft work areas, terraces and outdoor spaces. The functional organization meets the needs of contemporary work, fostering flexibility, collaboration and comfort, in line with the criteria of sustainability in architecture and the goal of creating an environmentally sustainable building.

The interior design, curated by interior designers and interior design studio, was developed by reflecting on emotional stimulations aimed at generating well-being in work environments. These include feeling at home through physically and mentally comfortable spaces inspired by the principles of home interior design; “biophilia,” achieved through the inclusion of natural elements, materials and colors traceable to bioarchitecture; the reduction of stress and anxiety through soft components and acoustic solutions; and the stimulation of creativity and collaboration through the conscious choice of colors, light and furniture arrangement.

The project thus interprets office architecture as a tool for improving the quality of working life, combining interior design, architectural planning, and sustainability in architecture into a contemporary, functional, and people-friendly working environment.
