The interior design project was developed by reflecting on emotional stimuli aimed at generating well-being in the workplace. Guiding principles include a sense of feeling at home, through physically and mentally comfortable spaces inspired in part by home interior design; biophilia achieved through the introduction of natural elements; the reduction of stress and anxiety through the use of soft components and welcoming materials; and the stimulation of creativity and collaboration through color choices and furniture layout. The interiors and design intervention thus helps define contemporary, functional, and identity-driven workspaces.

L’intervento rinnova completamente gli interni dell’edificio ad uso uffici, configurandosi come un progetto di architettura uffici e interior design sviluppato a partire da un’attenta analisi della brand identity. Il restyling è stato studiato fin nei minimi dettagli dall’interior designer e dall’interior design studio, con un programma insediativo che prevede 17 uffici individuali separati da pareti vetrate, 54 postazioni open space, 7 postazioni dedicate al Middle Management, tra 10 e 15 sale riunioni e una serie di spazi condivisi. Le aree comuni includono area break, soft work areas, terrazze e spazi esterni, progettati secondo un approccio integrato di interni e design orientato alla flessibilità e alla qualità dell’esperienza lavorativa.
