The operational project involves the construction of a new residential building in Algiers, located in the western part of the city, in the hillside district of Ouled Fayet, with a splendid panoramic view over the sea.

The intervention fits within the landscape of contemporary residential architecture and stands out for its pyramidal form, conceived in compliance with the current Building Code, which requires the façade to be set back from the property boundaries, thereby defining a dynamic and recognizable architectural profile.

The selected materials include wood, glass balustrades, and reflective metal panels for the inclined façade—solutions that give the building a contemporary character consistent with the principles of high-quality residential architecture.

The overall project ensures high standards for both the interior spaces and the balconies of each apartment, which range from three to five rooms—spacious and comfortable—designed in full respect of Algerian residential tradition, a central element of the project’s identity and an integral part of this international architectural design.

The building rises over ten above-ground floors and three underground levels, featuring continuous linear terraces along the façade, designed to offer all residents panoramic sea views and a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape.

At ground level, various commercial activities are planned, integrating the residential function with service spaces for the community and creating a balance between private and collective dimensions, in line with an advanced approach to residential architecture and integrated hospitality architecture.

This intervention represents an excellent example of residential architecture and housing development, positioning itself within the context of the most recent international architectural projects and combining functionality, comfort, sustainability, and respect for local traditions.
