The new student housing complex has been conceived as a contemporary living environment that fosters community, comfort, and wellbeing. The project is spread over 8 floors above ground for a total of 447 rooms and 570 beds.
The mix of rooms includes both single and double rooms with kitchenette and independent bathroom, and clusters of 6 single rooms with shared kitchen and living room.
The project is completed by common areas and spaces for amenities in the amount of 6 m2 per guest, of which 2.5 m2 for study and recreational areas. The gym spaces, technical rooms and parking spaces required by law are located in the basement. Designed to meet the needs of a new generation of students, it combines functionality with sustainable design principles.
