The new student residential complex has been designed as a contemporary environment that promotes community, comfort, and well-being. The structure rises over 8 floors above ground, with a total of 447 rooms and 570 beds.

The mix of rooms includes both single and double rooms with kitchenette and independent bathroom, and clusters of 6 single rooms with shared kitchen and living room.

The project is completed by generous common areas and service spaces, totaling 6 m² per guest, of which 2.5 m² are dedicated to study and recreational zones. A gym, technical rooms, and legally required parking facilities are located on the underground level.

Conceived to meet the needs of a new generation of students, the complex combines functionality with principles of sustainable design, representing an excellent example of residential architecture, hospitality architecture, an interior design studio approach, and integrated architectural design.
