Built in 1850, the building was the first home of the American Consulate in Milan. Always a prestigious address, it has now returned to its original splendor.
The state-of-the-art high-tech renovation project introduced a strong contemporary feel to the property’s historic context. Two blocks from different eras are developed around a central courtyard that still retains considerable historical value.

Its fine finishes, unique personality, and distinctive location have made Principe Amedeo 5 a real landmark in the area.
The inner courtyard was remodeled in perfect harmony with the adjacent Porta Venezia gardens, creating a striking interior view.
The courtyard spaces were enriched with varieties of native vegetation. The inner pavilion was upgraded with the creation of a new glass facade equipped with characteristic wooden elements.

The exterior facade has been restored to its original elegance.
A stunning 600-square-meter glassed-in penthouse has been added on top of the four above-ground floors, offering breathtaking views of the Milan skyline.

Renovation work has enabled the building to achieve LEED Gold certification and an A energy rating. The installation of a photovoltaic system ensures a reduction in the energy consumption of the entire building.

The interior spaces are designed with maximum flexibility and adaptability to different needs.
Whether you want open-plan or individual offices, the key word is versatility.
The natural light that illuminates each room transforms the workplace into an atmospheric space with a distinctive personality.
