The redevelopment of the building, with an entrance from Corso di Porta Romana 19 in Milan’s historic center, represents an innovation in approach and design sensibility, achieving a perfect synthesis of historical tradition and contemporary design.

The intervention completely renovates the building by creating a new glass roof in a contemporary language, harmoniously inserted into the historic context and respecting the underlying architecture.

The characteristic elements of the intervention are the redesign of the interior facades, the new loggia on the penultimate floor, and the new glass structure on the roof.

The latter, created by the demolition and reconstruction of the existing pitched roof, will house a lounge.
The project is characterized by great attention to the quality of spaces, both private and shared, indoor and outdoor, through the choice of materials, the grafting of terraces, fine fixtures, and careful landscaping.

The grafting of the new lightweight, glazed structure onto the roof is emblematic of the overall quest for empathy and respect for the surrounding buildings.

The design of the spaces, air quality, acoustics, and lighting is intended to create a pleasant and comfortable workplace that inspires and enhances the concentration and well-being of future users.
