Since its origins, the Zambon Group has distinguished itself for its scientific and technological approach on projects for health and wellbeing. Reliability, research, and innovation have been founding values, enabling the Group to consolidate its activities worldwide and establish itself as a leader in the pharmaceutical sector.
The natural vocation to share values and emotions in the workplace and to enhance individual talents has accompanied Zambon throughout more than 100 years of industrial and family history.
These principles now find concrete application in the “Benvivere” project, a set of initiatives designed to create spaces and opportunities for interaction among professionals and stimulate creativity and participation within the organization, in line with a new vision of workplace architecture.
The overall program of the new intervention is part of a broader architectural masterplan, which includes a general urban redevelopment of the site, with the introduction of new functional volumes intended for a growing cluster, expected to expand from the current 400 to approximately 600 employees.
The intervention redefines spaces according to contemporary criteria of office architecture, oriented toward well-being, collaboration and organizational flexibility.
The guiding principle of the development plan is the breaking down of physical and psychological barriers between the world of scientific research and the community, through the creation of clear, open and accessible public spaces.
In this way, architecture becomes a tool for connecting innovation, work and community, strengthening the site’s role as a place for relationships, knowledge and sharing.
