The project, the result of an international competition, is located in the northern sector of the city center as part of a broader architectural masterplan, intervening in a built-up area with a mixed-use program. The intervention includes the construction of a tower dedicated to residential architecture with units for sale, alongside a linear building intended for rental housing, configuring itself as an advanced example of integrated public and private housing.

A distinctive feature of the project is the large terraces and shared amenities that directly connect with the rooftop garden located on the eighth floor of the complex, conceived as a space for social interaction and well-being for residents.

The communal facilities include a gym, a swimming pool with spa area, a multifunctional room, and, outdoors, a running track, children’s play areas, fitness equipment, and relaxation zones immersed in greenery.

The façades are characterized by deep private terraces running along the entire perimeter of the buildings—a solution that improves exterior maintenance, provides protection from direct solar radiation, and enhances panoramic views of the city from every level and orientation. Double-height openings also allow the growth of trees up to six meters tall, strengthening the relationship between residential architecture, nature, and the quality of urban living.
