The villa, built in the 17th century, is located in a historically significant context and is subject to a direct heritage protection constraint on its splendid frescoes and marble floors, as well as a general architectural constraint. The project предусматриes the monumental, architectural, functional, and systems restoration of the entire property, while ensuring its subdivision into prestigious residential units, in full respect of conservation objectives.
The intervention transforms the villa into 14 prestigious residential units, each with a dedicated parking space, enhancing the historic building and the existing garden. At the same time, the project offers high-quality materials and technological solutions for exclusive apartments, combining the charm of the past with modern comfort and functionality.
This project represents an excellent example of hospitality architecture and residential architecture, integrating the restoration and renovation of historic buildings with public residential construction objectives and the creation of prestigious residential units, while respecting the existing artistic and architectural heritage.
