CASSALA 22

Work on “Cassala 22” in Milan is progressing: the new façade is currently being installed, the systems are nearing completion, and the interior finishing works are moving ahead at full speed.
Our project will be among the first in Italy to be certified by WiredScore. This international rating system evaluates digital infrastructure and ensures that buildings meet current and future connectivity standards. WiredScore certifies the security of digital connections, the importance of having multiple providers, as well as flexibility and reliability to minimize potential outages.
The property is part of the Value Add II Italy Fund and is managed by Savills Investment Management SGR SpA, with Barings Italy Srl acting as advisor. The project inauguration is scheduled for May 2021.
