This year starts under the best auspices for VGA.
We have just been commissioned by the Ministry of Defense to design a residential complex of 248 service apartments within the Zignani military area in Rome.
The award is a recognition of our expertise in brownfield rehabilitation and sustainable residential architecture.
The contract was signed in December after a design competition carried out in team with INTEGRA Ingegneria Territorio Grandi infrastrutture S.r.l, Vespier Architects, Ai Engineering S.r.l. | Ai Studio.
The construction budget is approximately €54 million and the project will be delivered in 200 days.
