VIA OGLIO 12 – MILAN

It was presented to the press on June 19, on the occasion of the publication of the ITELYUM Sustainability Report, the green design project of the new offices signed by VITTORIO GRASSI ARCHITECTS.

Itelyum, a leader in the sustainable management and recycling of industrial waste announced the publication of its Sustainability Report for fiscal year 2024. The report highlights the Group’s central role in the circular economy, as an enabler of production and recycling processes that contribute substantially to decarbonization and water resource recovery, while confirming the Group’s overall growth.

The project is a concrete example of how design can integrate aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and well-being into a single workspace.

Through careful choices and innovative solutions with a view to green design, the VGA studio has created environments that are functional, welcoming, and consistent with the principles of environmental sustainability that characterize the company’s own activities. The intervention consists of 3 floors (4th, 5th and 6th) and a panoramic rooftop.
