20 international architectural firms will offer an overview of different kind of projects (residential, hospitality, retail, etc.) through the presentation of built spaces selected by a scientific committee on the basis of applications from all over Europe.
An international overview at new design trends and the most original and innovative solutions in the field of façade and roof cladding, integration of darkening systems, sun protection and glass protection.
For this occasion the arch. Vittorio Grassi, founder of VGA Architects, will talk about an urban redevelopment project between conservation and renewal: the office building in Viale Cassala 22 in Milan.
The project involves the application of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design protocol, with a LEED GOLD objective, in order to achieve the highest objectives of environmental sustainability. It is also one of the first buildings in Italy to have obtained the WIREDSCORE certification that certifies the connectivity of buildings intended as an integration of the building with respect to current, emerging and future digital technologies.
