Located in the Monte Sacro Alto district, the complex is part of a unified architectural masterplan designed to complete an entire residential block overlooking the Talenti Public Park. The project contributes to defining a new urban layout, balancing built space, greenery, and quality of living.

The complex stands out for its contemporary design, characterized by fluid lines, harmonious volumes, and natural tones, chosen to engage coherently with the surrounding landscape. The architecture interprets the principles of bioarchitecture, with particular attention to integration with the context, living comfort, and a direct relationship with open spaces. Comprising two nine-story buildings, the project accommodates residential architecture functions and develops over three underground levels dedicated to private and commercial parking, ensuring efficient functional organization and reducing the impact of surface mobility.

This approach also responds to the needs of public residential construction, combining architectural quality with rational spatial distribution.

The two buildings are arranged around a large central courtyard, conceived as a space for interaction and collective use, from which privileged views open toward Talenti Park, one of the city’s largest green areas, covering approximately 44 hectares. The direct relationship with the park strengthens the environmental and landscape value of the intervention, improving residents’ quality of life.

The project represents an example of contemporary architecture applied to urban housing, capable of combining contextual sensitivity, sustainability, and quality of living space within an integrated urban vision.
