Located in the Colli Aniene district, east of Rome’s city center, the redevelopment project transforms a building constructed in the early 1980s into a new and contemporary office space. The project fits within the broader theme of regenerating peripheral areas and enhancing the architectural heritage of the post-war period.
Spread over three above-ground floors plus a basement, with a total area of approximately 4,800 square meters, “The Arrow” takes its name from the overall masterplan design, in which the building represents the vertex of four wedge-shaped buildings. The project preserves the external architectural language while completely rethinking the interior to optimize efficiency and spatial flexibility. The property is owned by Värde and managed by TreM Srl.
